"Hyper-V Error"

Hi,
I have Asus M2N68-AM PLUS Motherboard with Amd sempron 145 processor-64 bit.well esx server is working fine on this pc.what when i trying to install hyper its showing error here is screen shot for your reference
i already test with Amd hyper-v compatibility test its showing ok there .

64 bit
Virtualization Extensions (Intel VT or AMD-V)
Data Execution Protection (DEP)
You might have to go in the BIOS and enable one or more of these. If that doesn't work, then the CPU might not be compatible. -

Yeah I tried Hyper-V on a sempron once and it didnt work, but that was a 5 year old sempron so I thought his might be newer and have DEP. I havent kept up with sempron development. -
