....last night, since I passed Security + yesterday. And long and behold I get emailed about 3 positions today. Pretty cool!

Schweet. I can't say it's had any impact on my job hunt, though several managers have commented on it. Ah well, guess it's better to have it than not.

Not to discredit your Security+ certification, but usually just resubmitting the same resume gets me plenty of new hits. I'm assuming the recruiters are scanning for last activity time.

Yeah more than likely it had to do more with the update, than the addition of the Security +. Although my resume only had 3 views, all 3 got in touch with me, at least I would assume its the same 3.

Yeah, I'd read elsewhere that updating a resume every few days will keep you the talent pool with recruiters. It worked the last time I was really looking too.
