Am I up to date ? : IOS

in CCNA & CCENT
Hello, I have been trying to figure out this afternoon where I stand with my lab devices and their IOS versions.
I have only been looking for the latest IOS for my 2950 switch, but I just cannot decipher the Google results.
One of my 2950's have Ver. 12.1(22)EA1
One of my 2600 routers has Ver. 11.3.(2)XA4
I would like to know if I need an updated IOS and if so which version. Also, any help on pointing me in the right direction on how I can EASILY figure out the correct IOS is much appreciated.
Thanks in advanced

Erm, you are out of the date on the 2600s by about 6 or 7 years worth of IOS releases. Its possible to get 12.4 IOSs for 2600s, most of them support at minimum 12.3.Work In Progress: CCIE R&S Written

Cisco software advisor can answer all of these questions from the cisco website.
Does not look like my standard account has access to the Advisor.Currently Reading: Again to Carthage - CCNA/Security -

You are probably out of date, but I don't know your specific hardware.
My guest account has access to the advisor, I just can't download anything:
