Hi there,
I have recently got the below:
Wiley::CompTIA Network+ Deluxe Study Guide: (Exam N10-004)
Network+ Deluxe Study Guide by Todd Lammle.
How good is this book? Will this book pretty much tell me all I need to pass?

Todd Lammle is great. He makes an attempt at keeping the material fresh, and gives you more information than you need to pass the exam. If you are curious about networking you should breeze right through this book. For me it read like a nice fast-paced novel (I'm a nerd, don't read too much into that).
It's one of the better books out there from what I've heard, and the only one I've read. Haven't taken the exam yet, but I don't feel the need to use any other source to study for the exam other than this book.
