SmartNet Contract

Greetings,

I have a quick question about SMARTnet. When you purchase a SMARTnet contract from Cisco, will you get something by mail from Cisco? I purchased a 3560 with the SMARTnet and have yet to receive any documentation from Cisco verifying that it was purchased. I am starting to wonder if I will receive any verification.

We usually receive it in an email along with the product number, serial number, and contract number and we're told to add it to our current CCO account. In my work environment, they usually will purchase in large quantities. I've never purchased anything individually from Cisco, namely a SMARTnet contract. HTH.
