in Security+
I am new to the board and just signed up last night. I actually found this board yesterday and wish I found it sooner. I got a lot of information to cram on from here. Anyways, I passed with a 776. I am sure I wouldve scored higher if I knew about the book by Darrel much sooner.
I self taught myself using the security+ book given during the bootcamp, skillport online training, and 2 yrs experience as a network administrator.
I'm just happy!

Your certificate will look just like someones who scored a900 so don't worry about the score. No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -

nervouswink Member Posts: 4 ■□□□□□□□□□I don't know what's next. I was venturing through the different forums for an idea on my next step.
The only reason I got it was because it is a requirement in the Navy. I'm into computers and love being a network administrator. I am in school to become a software engineer.
So, I'm sorry I don't bave an answer now. Still trying to explore all my options. Maybe I will go the Cisco route because I have a lot of experience with that.
