Passed the 702 with a 790. Impressive ;)

Taking a half day, less than a hour to go. I feel fairly confident about this exam. Been studying a few hours a night. Brushing up on some of the hardware stuff.

My exam time is set for 12:30. Wish me luck this will give me Net and A for the year. That should hopefully push me into the MCSA or at least give me some momentum. Next might be the MS client exam, then the two server certs. (290 and 291)

    Passed w/ a 790. Not that impressive, but it works for me. So now I am officially certified in A+.

    This one means a lot to me. I took a class an A+ class about 10 years ago and never took the exam, then once again about 5 years ago I took a software and hardware class at the community college and right before I took the exam I was hired as a tier 1 help desk tech so I never did it. This was unfinished business and I am glad it's over!

    It's actually pretty doable, especially with Darril Gibson's book. Also has a bit amount of overlap from N+ and A+. Only thing I would be worried about is open test dates before the year end, well that's if you care about being it being a lifetime cert :D

    I know man, but I am really wanting to get started on my MCSA. I plan on taking the 680 exam (Windows 7) in late jan early feb

    Not a problem man, I will see you on the Microsoft fourm as well. 680 is a cert i plan to get out the way before i enroll in WGU. its between that or project+ to start before i hit the Cisco certs...

    oh okay gotcha icon_thumright.gif good luck, ill be keeping an eye out on how you do. i plan to take a MS cert sometime next year, haven't decided which one yet but maybe the 680.
