Looking at possibly getting LPIC 1 and had two questions about books. First, would this book be a good investment for the exam: Practical Guide to Linux Commands, Editors, and Shell Programming? Second, what books do you guys recommend?
WIP:

Kotlin
Intro to Discrete Math

I have yet to take my exam and have read everything except Perl scripting, sed and awk. I also have the Sybex. I feel like the Sybex is cut and dry and straight to the point while the Practical Guide focuses on building your linux skills from the ground up. It also has about a good 1-200 pages of straight up outputs and switches. I would highly recommend this book for not only LPIC-1 but for people trying to full advantage of the builtin-options of Linux distros.
