Got to perform my first BAT user addition today. What a sweet process.
Our pilot is for 50 users, so once the other 48 were picked, created the template and the csv file, ran the insertion, and Bob's your uncle... now 50 users.
To quote Staples... "That was easy!" Gonna try the same with phones tomorrow.

Bat's the way to go for any change. It has been several times where I had to change the settings on hundreds of phones, bat cuts hours of work down into minCurrently Reading
