Did 2800 series router support VIC-2FXS/VIC-2FXO cards or not?

I believe that the only FXO/FXS VICs that work in the 28xx are the “VIC2” or "VIC3"s – with the exception of the VIC-4FXS/DID (I'm using a few of these in 2811s).
