This link give information about the 2600 series DRAM and Flash.

Upgrading System Memory, Internal Flash, and Boot ROM in Cisco 2600 Series Routers [Support] - Cisco Systems

I was not able to locate a similar link for the 2500 series.

thanks a lot, my question is, if i could buy any simm flash card, if it will work, or it has to be only MEM-1X8F.

I have used the 2600 simms in the 2500 in the past, but I cannot give you a link to confirm.

As a side note, the 2600 (non-XM) memory, DRAM and Flash, also work in the 3600 series routers!
