Just got back from my test today. Scored an 835 which I am happy with for 1 week of studying. Now got A+, N+, and S+ lifetime! 
Used Myers AIO as my only source. I highly recommend it.
No questions on subnetting, so I was quite happy as I didn't fully have it down. Everything else was pretty expected and covered in Myers book.
