Simply Accounting 6 conflict with NIS

Has anyone heard of Simply Accounting 6 becoming inoperable when you install Norton Internet Security. Installed on a customers PC. PIII 900, 128MB RAM, Win XP HOME. I though that it was freezing due to the RAM so I installed an additional 128MB But still the same results. Any Input would be helpful.
