Looking toolbar in XP
Bokeh
We are replacing a dozen computers this week, and besides locking the background so only our company logo shows, we want to lock the toolbar in place. Tired of users hiding the toolbar, moving the start button to the top corner or right corner of the screen.
I have the registry edit for the background, but am having trouble finding one for the toolbar. All these machines will be stand alone, no access to the corp server. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Aren't there options in group policy for this?
If you lock the taskbar via group policy, can it be unlocked by right clicking? I'd think not...
And then there is also the "prevent changes to taskbar and start menu settings"
Or maybe "remove access to context menus for the taskbar" sounds good to you?
QHalo
Quick Google came back with this.
"Lock the Taskbar" option is grayed out in Taskbar properties
