CCNA voice/ccvp lab cost

I'll have my ccna done in a month then on to the voice path. What will my lab cost, one I could use or upgrade to my ccvp studies.

A budget voice lab of;
1 x 1760 router (w/ 64F/160D, PVDM-256K-8, voice capable IOS and CME to match)
1 x VWIC-2FXO
1 x VWIC-2FXS
1 x VWIC-2E&M (optional)
1 x VWIC-1MFT-E1/T1 (optional)
1 x 3524-PWR switch (or just about any other switch except 1900 series)
2 x 7940/60 IP Phones (with power bricks if your switch does not supply InLine Power or PoE)
1 x Cisco IP Communicator (soft phone)
2 x generic analogue handsets
This also makes a great branch router when it comes to the CCVP.
For the NEW CCNA-Voice (ICOMM), things get a bit trickier... The expectation is that you already have a working environment in place. A bit chicken and egg there...
Needed items;
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (can be run in VMware)
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (can be run in GNS3)
Cisco Unity Connection (can be run in VMware)
Cisco Unity Express (real hardware only)
Cisco Unified Presence (not sure if FULL Presence or just CUCM Presence)
1 x 3524-PWR switch (or just about any other switch except 1900 series)
3(?)x 7940/60 IP Phones (with power bricks if your switch does not supply InLine Power or PoE)
1 x Cisco IP Communicator (soft phone)
All this can be reused (and is a requirement) for the CCVP.
You don't need VWIC's for ICOMM?
