How long before welcome kit get's to the Netherlands

Passed the exam 1-1/2 weeks ago, fairly easy though, I just red the book 1 time and voila score 8xx.

Did you receive an email from MS? Did you request the welcome kit online? It can take up to 6 weeks in your case, if you still haven't received it after that, you can contact MCPhelp@microsoft.com
be sure to include the information from your score report if you do contact them. -

Yeah you should be receiving that email within two weeks. It could be possible that the email they have for you is wrong and then you should contact Microsoft. Their response on emails have been pretty quick for me.
Also the welcome kit has to be ordered by you through the MCP website where you have to sign in and click on order Welcome Kit. From there it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to receive it. It's worth the wait, it's nothing all that to get all excited about. I was just a little disappointed in what the certificate looks like.
