Outlook printing question

One of our users has to print out a number of emails each day. Each email is slightly longer than 1 page, thus information that has to be matched up is on two seperate pages.

I looked through the outlook properties, through print preview properties, the google...I cant seem to find a solution to fit printed email to 1 page, or shrink it to a % like you can in word/excel.

Has anyone encountered this before?
