How accurate is this thing? I just applied for a receptionist job and I was looking at the education and 50% have a 4 year degree, 8 percent have a masters degree, and 2% have doctoral degrees. 64% of those with degrees were in Business Administration. Not only that, but there are bare minimum 200+ people who have applied to this job on careerbuilder.com alone.

I used to like career builder but lately it got swamped with fake jobs, and getting out of their spam is difficult. -

Yes you have to watch out for that on all the job boards. The pimps like to flood the boards with fake assignments to get updates CVs in and take calls so they look busy in the office. Just a fact of life.
