Starting CISSP

Hello All,
I am planning to prepare for CISSP, I have more than 5 years of experience especially in Access Control and Application Security domains.

I see for the exam there are 250 questions, are there any fixed number of questions on each domain or else it is very random?

I am starting with Shon Harris, any other recommendations?

Please advise.

Thanks

The test seems to be rather random with how much each domain is touched on.

Shon Harris's video training/book seems to be the best way and most recommended source. I know I used several and found Shon Harris's the longest, but also the best.

Make good notes with each domain and id even practice test/review notes on that domain thoroughly before moving on to another domain.

AIO 5th will be the best written resource. You might want to skim the official guide and then hit up cccure.org for practice questions.

The distribution is totally random. One person may feel it was heavy on DR/BCP while another gets hit hard on SDLC.
