Just used the SRND for call manager 7, Admin guide, Surviability gudie
CBT nuggets, and the Official Course Guide.

Daily Tier 2/3 Trouble tickets for 10 hours a day and almost 3 years of VOIP experience. Should be enough to push me over the top

My arrogance almost cost me. Passed 801. 783 to pass. A lot of questions caught me off guard for features not really used cause Cisco has other products that perform the same functions in other boxes.

Thanks everybody I'm trying to knock out as many as I can before the change due the books not being availble for some time. So I'm hoping to pass CIPT2 in 3 weeks and I'll pass TUC working from home and being able to actually here the CBT's. Tried at work we are just 2 loud. I'm already a good portion through CIPT2. Just need to get some lab time with gatekeepers. TUC is a joke. Most experienced VOIP engineers I have worked with pass with only a weekend of study.

Don't let your arrogance cost you for real on that one.
