Had a 5 days training course for VMware when I started a new job (4 months ago) and I had no clue what VMware was all about. Now learning everyday and I plan to take the exam by jan/feb time frame next year. From what I heard; you have to take a training in order to take the VMware exam.
The course cost $3495.00 and the employer paid for it. We were about 12 people in the training M-F from 8 am to 5 pm -

I recall the course used to be $950, then $1050. Now it's $1200.
All the online ones seem to be doing this. Guess they figure that they're still cheaper than a VCI course. -
