70-680 and 640 Free Study Material???

Hi guys,
I'm actually studying for the CCNA but I like to keep my general "Windows" skills up to date. I just got out of college and am moving out to a new job where I may be the sole administrator of a small office. I'm looking for some free study material just to start out with specific to Windows 7 Workstations and Servers.
I guess that would encompass tests 680 and 640 for the MCITP. Thanks!

I'm studying for CCENT/CCNA as well. But also plan to take 70-680 sometime during this year and maybe one of the MCITP exams. Here are the free training resources I found so far for W7 and 2008.

I would say check out the study resource threads for these exams. Most if not all of it is free (except the obvious links to MS Press books and such).

I have taken the free 70-680 practice exam and gotten an 87 but still not confident. Anything else free to use, i currently have skill skillport and I like it but want to see if I truly am ready for this exam.
any suggestions
