Hi everyone,
I just got my A+ and Im almost done studying for CCENT. Im planning to get certified for CCNA this summer. My goal is to get out of Customer Service and get a technical job, specially as a network administrator. My main goal really is to get the heck out of Customer Service. I feel like the longer I stay in here the more time wasted. MY question is: What kind of Microsoft certificate I can get to compliment CCNA? (and make me look more qualified as a network admin).

So proficiency is needed in a lot of areas."No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man." -Heraclitus
