Hey guys I'm currently looking around on ebay for some hardware and came across some that I'd like you inputs and thoughts on what i have found..thanks.

look for the cisco 1721's. they are dirty cheap right now. just make sure you get the 32MB flash modules and if possible, comes with a WIC-1T card.

Here's one with 64D/32F

You could grab a 64MB ram for bout 8 bucks so that you could upgrade to 128MB ram to load 12.4 in them.

Yea man thanks I was actually looking at the 1721 routers and found them to be cheaper. Would 1 of each suffice for the ccent?Also to upgrade the ram to 128MB do I just look for 64MB ram that will fit in the slot?

as for how much routers for ccent, I dont know but ideally, 4 routers ( one of them being the frame relay switch) with 3 switches are good for CCNA. If you are tight on cash, consider GNS3 and packet tracer. Or use GNS3 with one switch.

Yea I'm gonna get that 1721 to start off with and work my way through, I'd like to have some routers and switches to really get a feel for some hands on.
