Practice tests / books that include R2 content

As the exams are now requiring R2 content (Which is what you would now deploy when building a new environment or upgrading form S2k3),
Anyone purchased any practice exams or books for the 70-640 ( or others on the MCITP EA track) that have included R2 in there material?

Selftest Software was what I used for the 70-640. Transcenders are also updated (same company as STS). Overall I thought they were pretty good regarding the level of difficulty. Found quite a few errors though which was frustrating.
Doing the 70-642 right now using the original MS Press Book. According to O'reilly's website, the 2nd edition is scheduled for May. Not sure about the 70-640 book.
