I was self employeed for 6 1/2 years. 2 years ago, one of my clients wanted to bring me in house full time. I started their IT department. It is still just me in IT department. Today is my 2-year anniversary working for them. I've given them lots of hints about wanting a pay raise, talked with them some about it. Nothing. I felt like I was talking to a stone wall.
Well, today my boss wanted to talk to me. I'm getting a 10% pay raise!!! So excited.
