Need help setting up frame relay on GNS3

I need your help!
I’m trying to set up a frame relay network on GNS3 for the last 3 days and with no luck! it’s all inactive in the show frame pvc command, and the serial interface is in up/down status,
so my question is first on the basics, may be I have it wrong, I am working with 3 routers, and on class c subnet, do I need 3 frame relay switches? or only with one frame relay switch?,
and with what kind of connection do I connect the switches to the routers? with a serial connection?
and the frame relay switches, how are they connecting between them?
and how do I configure the switches its self?
please help me to set this up, the commends its self I know, just the connections, I just don’t get it.
please help me, im going nuts the last 3 days..........

How to build a Frame Relay Lab in GNS3

You only need one switch for 3 routers. If the DLCIs are inactive, it's because you haven't mapped the IP address to the DLCI

try either frame-relay map ip 192.168.x.x dlci number or frame-relay interface-dlci dlci number and see what you get.

i have one more question about frame relay on GNS3, is it possible to set a global DLCI on the GNS3 switch, as i see it work only with local DLCI, please let me know, maybe im wrong,
