The subnetting chapter in Todd Lammles CCNA study guide is well worth a look. That is how i got started with subnetting. Go through the chapter and do all the exercises and write them all down. Do them again and again until you get it. That's what i did. After a while it will just 'click'...the key is to write things down so it will stick in your brain.

The sites listed above do list the answers but you need to be able to work out the answers.
