walaboom Member Posts: 23 ■□□□□□□□□□Tips....um... I went in there, I didn't start the exam right away, instead I wrote down few things before I started
1. subnetting table - 128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
2. some complex configurations, such as NAT/PAT, ISDN
3. I also wrote down stuff like 256-128=128, 256-192=64, 256-224=32, 256-240=16, 256-248=8. so whenever I need to do subnetting, or find the host/network range, I don't have to do the math, I can just look at my chart. I didn't spend any time doing math, saved me a lot of time. I finished exam with 40 min left on the clock.
Good luck to anyone who is taking the exam soon.<a href="http://healthyandenergy.com/frs-energy/">FRS Healthy Energy</a> -

Well writing down all those stuff is a very clever idea..thanks for the tip.I got my ICND in less than 24 hours! But in INTRO the laminated paper thing that i got for writing was really wrong approach... coz the pen on it works as a highlighter and rubbing it out is impossible...either rub it or pass the exam.. coz it consumes a lot of time and energy!!
I wish i would get a white paper and pen to write. is it possible if i can request them to give me a paper instead of that board!!:santa:
