Third Phone Interview tonight

So I have had two phone interviews with a really good outsouring company for a Windows Engineer / Cisco Engineer position and done really well. This will be my third interview tonight. This is going to be for a position I am looking for in Arizona. I am really impressed with the company and the people I have talk too. They are very knowledged and nice so far on the phone. I am still in Jersey so lets hope I get it :)

    I just wanted to let everyone know. I nailed the job. I am flying out on Thursday to meet the team and fill out all the paper work. It is all on their expense too. They are really impressed with me. So I will be a Senior Network Engineer. I will be working designing Cisco and Windows Networks for the clients. This is going to be a great expierence.

    Congrats! Glad to hear that things worked out for you on that. I hope this is a positive move for you, it's nice to have a change of pace from time to time.

    That's a big change, what were the deciding factors? Does your wife work, or will she be finding work in the new location? Did you find any resources online that helped with your decision?

    Well the wife and I are working on some things in the relationship and I did find alot of resources online. She does not work and stated she will come out there. So I had the final interview and they asked if I be available for phone call on Monday. I think I am going to be made a offer with decent amount of money. One thing I liked was they say you can study for certs and takes certs on company time :)

    By the way they flew me out to Phoenix, put me up in hotel, and a rent a car on Thursday into Friday. I met with them on Friday.
