Ditto Essendon. I haven't done any exercise in the past month. It's showing itself pretty hard in brain farts and lack of stamina all the way throughout the day.
When I've done a bit, I feel great and have that energy from days past. Any advice from those with "a lot more IT experience" than us?

Just turned 43... I have children as old as a few of you......but...my wife just turned 30, so I don't feel much like 43 usually.
