I passed my CCENT on 2nd December, 2010. how long does it take to receive my hard copy CCENT certificate?

It can take about 8 to 10 weeks.
I think they are all sent from San Jose no matter where you are in the world -- and if you didn't pick the electronic option or pay for "expedited shipping" then it's sent via US (snail) Mail.
You can try opening a case with Cisco Online Certification Support, though they may tell you to wait a couple more weeks....:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!
