HDI Support Center Analyst - Passed!

A little off topic, and not particularly technical, but my employer is requiring everyone in the Support Center to get it. Since I work part-time on the phones, and the rest of my week as a sys admin, I figured it couldn't hurt.

Anyway, passed this morning with a 95%.

    good times, that was my first cert, congrats... there have been a few people on here mentioning interest in it... does your work place any value on other HDI certs?

    The Help Desk Manager and I both joined HDI this past year and we making a push to get our entire Support Center certified (DST, SCA, and the SC Certification). We are looking to make it a requirement for new employees down the road. We are looking to get some people trained and certified in the more advanced certs including KCS. This is all going hand-in-hand with the ITSM initiative we are still trying to get buy-in for.

    So, yes we value it in the SC, but the organization as a whole really doesn't have a clue what HDI is yet.

    i looked at their desktop support, but it's quite pricey
