Passed CIPT1

Finally knocked over CIPT1 at the weekend before the end of month deadline, thankfully.

Now I'm at a bit of a loss as where to go next...

  • CIPT2v6, then revise when the study material comes out in May/June(?), however I will be away from my lab for the next few weeks doing (more) physical network audits (BORING).
  • CCNA:Security, but not sure how much you can do without hardware (PacketTracer only).
  • CCDA as it should be mostly sleep producing theory.

Any thoughts?

    Congratulations!! icon_thumright.gif

You could do the CCNA:Security router stuff with GNS3, and maybe the switch stuff with packet tracer and the switch NM in GNS3....

    Congrats! =D

I'd advise you to continue on the CCNP:Voice track, since you got started on it. But its not needed.

Also worth thinking about is the associate exams will not renew your CIPT1 pass, so be sure of your time line not causing that to be an issue.
    Currently Pursuing
