phone systems
How many of you get to deal with phone systems? Ours died today. Hopefully the part that is on its way will fix the problem.

They are a pain in the a** to troubleshoot and even worse if they just go down for no reason then restore themselves in an hour.Reloaded~4~Ever

He took all 100 lines down for 4 hours because of a "software glitch". haha @ my boss for letting him in the building.
