T-Minus 24 hr till 640-822

Here we go.... felling a little bit nervous about this one. Just finished Net+ & Security+ back in December. But I have been kind of studying for about 6 months for ICND1. Not a quick on subnetting as I would hope. But going for it any way.

Have been using CCENT/CCNA Official Exam certification guide 2nd edition, Wendell Odom’s Video Mentor and Cisco Partner Education website (!!!Free thru work!!!).

I have also been using Packet Tracer for labs, but finally broke down and bought some gear, but not much time with live gear.

Thanks everyone who contributes to this site, it has been a great help with my adventure in Cisco.

Did it... was not that bad, finished with 29 minutes left. Wish you could go back over the ?'s. But a pass is a pass. The break down as followed

Describe the operation of data networks 86%
Implement a small switched network 100%
Implement an IP addressing scheme and IP service to meet network requirements for a small branch office. 89%
Implement a small routed network. 73%
Explain and select the appropriate administrative tasks required for WLAN 67%
Identify security threats to a network and describe general methods to mitigate those threats 100%
Implement and verify WAN links 100%

Now onto ICND2, start hitting the books and lab time.
