Request: MPLS Lab Scenarios

Anyone here know of a good text book or blog with some practice MPLS labs or practice questions? Its a shame we live in a day where anything you Google returns pages and pages of ****.

Im also going for CCIP as my NP expires next year but the only problem is my BSCI expires this month..For MPLS I plan on studying INE R&S and SP stuff , I have the COD and lab books for both and using Boson practice questions. BGP next month then its on to MPLS. Im also reading BPG design and implementation which has a nice chapter on MPLS you can use for labs and I also have MPLS fundamentals which I read about a year ago.

Not sure if you're interested in spending anymore money, but INE's MPLS course is actually pretty good. If you work along with Keith through his scenarios, it should give you the lab hands on you need to pass the exam

I was thoroughly confused while reading through Chapter 7 of MPLS fundamentals. Then I stumbled upon this super simple lab for MPLS VPNs. I went through it then was able to build complexity, it helped a lot.
