Trying to set up a sim wan link on 1760

Hi Guys,

I have 2 1760's that had the VIC 2B-NT/TE cards installed, I pulled them out and replaced them with WIC 1T cards with a plan to connect them with a DTE/DCE cable.

Problem is, they don't show up! see below
