ISDN very important for exam ?

Yes...I know...newbie with many questions.....
but I found this forum just a few hours ago and my 1st test is on friday.
Is it really necessary to know each config of ISDN DDR with one or multiple sites .....dialer-profiles......and such ugly things like controller config of a T1/E1 with linecode.....timeslots....
Do they really ask such cruel things or want you to configure it in labs ?
