Win2k8 GPO issue - Help !

Ok,
I've got a strange GPO issue which is only affecting Win2k8 hosts (see the attached). There is no WMI filter enabled on this GPO so I do not know why its complaining about a missing one ! Also GPO's under this one are not being processed as group policy processing is stopping when it hits this one !
HELP - its driving me nuts !

Can't read that tiny stuff!!
Could you get it bigger for us non-gnats..lolNo longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -

Have you made any changes to the local administrators group through a restricted group setting in a gpo? I left the Local System and Network Service accounts out of the Administrators group and that played hell with WMI and group policy processing.
