Dear Forum Members,
I just became MCITP:SA certified as of a few minutes ago! I currently work as a help desk tech.
My question to all of you is this..........now what ? where should I go from here ? on to the :EA & Messaging 2010 or do you think I should be able to land a different role ?
Please let me know what all of you think. Thanks.

Boom. Search these forums too. You'll find similar threads to yours.

I'm with the other guys. Right now I'm working an application support job with MCITP: SA. There just aren't a lot of places looking for it right now and that could be because they haven't heard of it yet or they're still on 2003 environment's so they're just looking for MCSA or better. You're ahead of the curve the way I look at it, take the time to study for the MCITP: EA and by the time you get there maybe more jobs will open for you. The EA will go a lot further than the SA anyways.

What do you want to do? And what is in demand at your work place?
I would consider CCNA: Security next if you I were you. VPNs, Firewalls etc are the perfect fundamental complement to strong Windows Server basics.

I'd say CCNA if you are interested in Networking or EA since your Server 2008 is still fresh in your mind. Depends on what your interested in and your career goal.

I see.
So, my options are to pursue a CCNA or :EA ? correct ?

No reason why you can't do both at once?
