hey what you guys think of networmx is its a good network mapping tool?

and do you know of any method or software network tool that will backup all my network device configs on the fly/schedule? to one of our network shares?

    Just checked it out and it looks promising. Personally we are using Lumetas' IPsonar application which fulfills our needs in that department.

    As for as backups I am running CiscoWorks NCM. I believe it has the capability to backup to a share but we just have the configs dumped to NCM internally atm.

    I'm a big fan of Kiwi (err, Solarwinds now!) CatTools for managing / backing up configs network wide. It used to be free for up to 20 devices but with the latest version they switched to a 30-day eval.
