Virtualization
Hyper-V backup
vistalavista
We are in the process of upgrading all our servers to 2008. 1 machine in particular will be running hyper-v with two virtual servers. Can you guys recommend a good backup system for hyper-v that will provide full-redundancy?
Thanks in advance.

You might want to look in to System Center Data Protection Manager. It is part of the System Center suite of products and is a great backup.
You can always use Windows Backup in Windows 2008 as that creates VHD file backups which could be stored on external storage and then if needed pulled in to Hyper-V.
Just a few suggestions. Good luck.

I would second DPM as well. If at all possible I'd recommend staying away from Windows Server Backup as my personal experience with it has been pretty lackluster.
