How much should I ask for this used PC?

Selling this and was wondering how much to ask. My friend offered $70. I think it's a little too low. It's a Compaq SR5505F desktop tower with:
CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 4200+ (Dual Core @ 2.2 GHz)
RAM: 3 GB DDR2-800 (2 GB + 1 GB)
HDD: Seagate 160 GB
Optical: DVD burner with Lightscribe
OS: Windows 7
No keyboard, mouse, or display.
