Can't Publishing Credentials ?

Hi, I passed Sec+ last week and now I want to publish my transcript to Microsoft, but I don't have the e-mail address field in the transcript page.

I only have the following fields when I create and edit a transcript.
- Can be viewed until
- Private notes
- Remarks

So without the e-mail filed I can't send my transcript to Microsoft ?

I tried IE and Firefox, same result.

Anyone with the same problem or any suggestions ?

It's a two step process. First you create a one or more transcripts, that's the page you are describing. Then the transcript page will give you the ability to email any active transcripts.

Thanks for your reply lwwarner, I can create a transcript, when I go back to edit it, e-mail address is still not there ? So I can’t send anything to Microsoft.

Pretty sure something is screw up with my account. Got my sec+ cert one week ago, maybe that’s the problem ?

I’ve e-mailed them for support, been 4 days no answers !!

After 3 browsers on my laptop, I tried it on another computer and it worked !
