$40 for a 1700 worth it?

lochmoighlochmoigh Member Posts: 89 ■■□□□□□□□□
I can get a 1700 with a t1 interface for $40, that is all I know currently, I plan to go take a close up look. Is it worth it to get? I have a ton of other gear.

Couldn't venture a guess without knowing the model.

    A 1760 could be a steal at $40, and a 1710 could be overpriced at $5.

If you have a ton of equipment already I'd probably pass on it. If you want to test Serial connections or some basic routing... it may be over priced following what Mike has said.
