could somebody please help me with a supernetting question?
What is the mask required to supernet 4 networks starting at 192.168.8.0/24
I am not sure how to figure out the answer.

i think its 255.255.255.192

The mask you listed is /24. That is shorthand for 255.255.255.0. Did you mean subnetting?

192.168.8.0/22

Would include the following

192.168.8.0/24
192.168.9.0/24
192.168.10.0/24
192.168.11.0/24
