Blackberry syncing on VDI

I tried but wasn't able to get blackberry desktop manager to recognize my blackberry on my VDI even though on the local it was fine.

Anyone know if this is a regular citrix issue or is there a way around it?

Using Vmware ESXi for server and Citrix Delivery agent for the VDI.

What version of Citrix XenDesktop are you using and do you virtualize any applications?

we are using xen desktop delivery 4.0 and that i know we don't virtualize any apps. its just a regular windows desktop

I was hoping you were going to say you use XenApp, because under the connection center you can control the permission levels of USB devices. I don't know how it would work with Xen Desktop.
