    I'm going to go out on a limb and say thanks for trying, but the fact that that website has been censored probably means it is a test dumping website. So thank you, try again. Never use ****, you will not get far in life and you will get little respect around here.

    Because they're spammers. I tried to add something from that site to my post in the CCNA FAQ and found this when I searched for why the were getting the "star treatment." :)

    That's a link to one of their marketing efforts. In return for your contact information so they can try and sell you a subscription, you get their old study guide for the old CCNA Voice exam.
