Did I just brick this 1720?

I had just reset the startup config to blank. Following the instructions of Cisco 1720 Series Router Hardware Installation Guide - Troubleshooting the Cisco 1700 Router [Cisco 1700 Series Modular Access Routers] - Cisco Systems and issued the confreg 0x120 from rommon. Issued the reset command and now all I get is ascii. When I try to type anything, just more ascii that seems to be saying you cannot do that. Is this thing done for?

Nevermind. A little more googling got it. I told the router to boot at a different baud rate hence the output

I've done it.

It was incredibly frustrating to console into the router at 1200 bps and seemingly have no way to set it to anything higher.
